Check MTU Consistency Across the Fabric
=======================================

Commands
========
    - netq check (vlan|mtu) [unverified] [around <text-time>] [json]
    - netq trace <mac> [vlan <1-4096>] from <hostname> [vrf <vrf>] [around <text-time>] [json]
    - netq trace <ip> from (<hostname>|<ip-src>) [vrf <vrf>] [around <text-time>] [json]
    - netq resolve

Usage
=====
MTU consistency can be checked by netq in multiple ways.

netq check mtu checks the consistency of MTU across all the links
in the fabric. Specifically, it ensures that the checking is done
at the level that's appropriate to the link. For example, bond
interfaces have their MTU enforced at the bond level and not at the
individual slave level. Furthermore, for CLAG bonds, we verify that
the two nodes have the same MTU configured for their local instance
of the bond. The verification is that both ends have the same value.

netq trace also does MTU checking as it traces the path from the source
to the destination.

netq resolve performs MTU checking when dealing with traceroute output.
